Robert and I thought we'd see if there is any interest in a blog for those of us who are former Handleman employees. Just a place to check in once in a while, let friends know how and what you're doing these days. So many of us worked together for several years (some a lot more than others!) and we are family. We've been through some fantastically fun times, and some dreadfully tough times - but we are still family.

Hello Everyone.It's me Loper, Me and family are doing just fine.I work for the local trash company.. Not picking up trash..haha..but in there A/R dept.It's only 15 mins away from my home no more freeways for me..YEA!! Well I hope to hear more from everybody I sure do miss my WBU family

I am currently a CNT with one TA. That will probably change.
My eldest daughter leaves for college Labor Day weekend. My youngest will be a junior in high school.

Hello from Tim in Kansas City
Things are going OK with me and the family, it has been a rough last 2 months, my wife has had two major surgeries, a quadruple heart by pass in July and colon surgery two weeks ago. My wife is doing better now that she is at home. The new job is going OK but have wacky hours, that is how retail is, I am still looking for something where I can work Monday thru Friday.
Great to see a way that we all can keep in touch, I will see if I can dig up some photos, I think I have a few.
